What you need
- A phone or a computer to record on, or a Plaud recorder.
- An iPhone, a web browser, or both. (Android: use your phone's browser until the app arrives on Google Play.)
- An authenticator app for two-step sign-in, like Apple Passwords, Google Authenticator, 1Password or Authy.
How does the free trial work?
Choose monthly or yearly and add a card. ELI-Brief emails you a link to create your account, and you have 14 days to use everything. You're charged only when the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from Settings in ELI-Brief on the web.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep ELI-Brief until the end of the period you've paid for. After that your account is paused, not deleted: your notes and to-dos are kept for 60 days in case you come back, and you can export them. After 60 days they're deleted for good.
What if a payment doesn't go through?
ELI-Brief pauses until it's paid, and your notes are kept. Update your card under Settings → Subscription → Manage billing and it starts again right away.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time, under Settings → Subscription → Manage billing in ELI-Brief on the web.
